Dr. Gholamreza Pourzia

After my Very Sad and Hard to believe Experience with Dr Pourzia and seeing similar reviews of what I experienced of his rudeness and hostility and his attitude, I felt that it was necessary that I share my similar experience! Dr Pourzias actually said after looking at my information/file from my Eisenhower emergency stay for a concern on my heart. He actually said " it appears you didn't have a heart attack " "So What are You Here For " .. I explained it was part of my discharge to see my cardiologist and my primary doctor echoed the same. It was a follow up as of my family history of both brothers and father all deceased had heart issues and stroke. From there it went downhill .. Dr Pourzias saw that my blood pressure was high. We need to up your meds. I Tried to share that my daily blood pressure is in the 130s and 70s that I tend to experience white coat readings like many when they take it during visit and it always comes down. Dr Pourzias refused to even address that possibility or let me speak to the point he said " Were done here- find yourself another doctor" ! and word to the effect " Your kind don't listen Doctors " ..I was totally in shock! He then escorted me out of the office and said again " Don't come back find anything Doctor "! That's was the end of my follow up appointment with my cardiologist Dr Pourzia! who actually kicked me out of the office.. I'm a month away from being 74 and have never had a situation to where I felt the need for a negative review- but in this situation and seeing the others that have used some of the same words of Hostility and rudeness it could not go unnoticed! I understand we all can have an off day but for Doctor Pourzia to treat anyone especially a patient is totally unacceptable borderline abusive! As another reviewer said it might be time for Dr Pourzia to consider retiring ! No one should ever be disrespected, especially in a doctor's office !

I loved the care I received from Dr Pouriza, I'm a little shocked at these sad reviews for him. Guessing he had a bad last couple of months, but he has helped me immensely.

Horrible Doc. He is lucky I wasn't there when he treated my dad like a dog today. Pathetic excuse of a man and DR! I will be visiting his office when Im in town next to speak with him face to face about how he treated my dad!

The whole office except Sharla deserves this and less. I literally have lost sleep because of the treatment at this office. The dr was rude. Kept calling me honey. I could go on but too upsetting. I will write in my report.

This doctor is very rude. I am a caregiver for his patient, from the moment we walk into his area, he was yelling at people in his office. Had his nurse Joe running like a chicken with his head cut off. We will never go to this office again!
