I want to express how truly blessed and grateful l am for the exceptional care my mother received. For three years, she was under the care of Dr. David Alderman, and unfortunately, our experience left us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and deeply frustrated. I reached out to Desert Oasis with my concerns, and that's when everything changed. Kelly Greene listened with compassion and urgency. She immediately scheduled a second-opinion appointment, and thanks to her swift action, my mother was seen right away. Dr. Bryan Stone was incredible --he took the time to break down all the information, explain the next steps, and send out the necessary referrals without delay. Within a week, my mother saw her specialist and underwent the surgery she needed. Kelly didn't stop there-she continued to follow up after the procedure and made sure my mother received every service required for her recovery. Her dedication and empathy have been extraordinary. I truly cannot thank Kelly Greene enough. Her commitment to my mother's wellbeing has made all the difference. We feel incredibly blessed, and I sincerely wish every patient could receive this level of care from their healthcare providers.

My dad was referred to Dr. Wagner by his primary care doctor, who spoke highly of his critical care background and extensive experience. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that level of care or attentiveness. During the appointment, Dr. Wagner offered no investigative effort into what my dad was experiencing. He did not review his history, order any tests, or try to understand the underlying cause of the ongoing symptoms. Instead, he quickly defaulted to prescribing medication without a clear explanation of what it was intended to treat or whether it would even help. While I understand that many doctors may recommend Dr. Wagner based on his past expertise, it feels like he may be burnt out or simply no longer invested in providing thorough, patient-centered care. It seemed as though he was more interested in checking boxes than in helping my dad get to the root of his health concerns. Patients deserve doctors who are not only experienced but also willing to investigate, listen, and treat with intention not just throw medications at unresolved problems. Sadly, that was not our experience here. Avoid at all costs.

Very unprofessional at the fact a receptionist was laughing while Im trying to make an appointment for my grandpa with cancer. Her name is Joice Or Joyce. I don't think anything was funny. I hope you guys truly take this seriously and talk to the receptionist. The lack of empathy is crazy. The fact that she said there was nothing she can do. Is wild.

Honestly can't say enough. A lovely experience!! All so kind, caring and helpful from the moment I walked in. Extremely efficient and thorough. I was seen by Dr. Spero. He addressed all of my concerns, in depth, and assuaged most of them. I really appreciated his upbeat nature. Performed an in office blood panel and set up ultra sound for the next day. Nurse Emerald was a pro at drawing blood. Usually a rough experience for me but, with Emerald, it was quick and painless. The staff was upbeat and respectful across the board.

Consistently great attention to a patient's needs. For Urgent Care, the benefit of an on site lab and x-ray for Urgent Care is great and makes any need requiring non-ER care much easier. Having one's Primary Care doctor in the same facility makes communication that much better.
