Made an appointment 10 days in advance. It was a very important appointment. School related. Deadlines! Explained exactly what I was taking my kid to the doctor for. Explained in details to make sure they provided the service that I was looking for. The receptionist guaranteed they could take care of what we needed for school. We had a deadline. We get to the appointment and after making us wait 40 min, they come out to say that they could not perform what they told us they could over the phone when I made the appointment. Now we have lost our deadline because of these people. Do not recommend!
