I arrived 2 minutes late for my appointment. The front desk staff asked me to wait and carried on with a personal conversation for several more minutes until I asked for service. I requested an assessment for POTS and was given a cursory tilt table test before being told I don't have it. Later, more thorough testing from another provider concludes I do. I became tearful during the visit due to unresolved symptoms and no diagnosis. Dr. Munoz attempted to comfort me. She told me everyone who gets sick gets better and I'm young and the mind is very powerful so I should not be so negative.
