It is very difficult to get a response from the team. Myself and other providers have left numerous messages and needed to reach out multiple times before receiving a response on a very time sensitive manner. I have also noted continued symptoms and he did nothing to remedy or follow up despite letting him know it was still occuring. Healthgrade reviews seem to reflect experiences more accurately at a 3.2 star total. I have also requested to have FMLA paperwork completed specifically for cardiology symptoms and he tried volleying it back to my PCP. Not helpful at all.
