brought my mom in two nights ago scared I saw the long wait which made me super worried. My mom was in so so much pain, I saw the nurses run left and right juggling alot. As we sat for about two hours I hear her name called and a Tech (Matthew) called for her vitals and to update her which made me more worried how much long we be here. We went to a room and he informed us on the doctor, tests that are completed, and asked about her pain. He made sure she was warm with hand heat pack and gave her a blanket to stay warm. I teared up as he tried to do what he could in his power to help with many people waiting kept us feeling important still. He told us more things to be done that he keep us updated. Mom got an IV by a RN (Lidia) and he popped back in saying a room was assigned for her I felt bad as I did not see him sit once always running around. He personally brought us back got her settled warmed agian and personally ask doctor for more meds as the tylenol they gave didnt work and any movement hurt her. Within 10 minutes they gave her IV meds that helped her. The RN (Carlito) was amazing in comforting her and informing us the results with the doctor. This man was amazing I loved his communication thru this espeically him juggling the other 3 people. These two staff members really made an impact since last time I went to tri city I left as I sat for 4 hours vomiting non stop no revital or conversation with anyone to help me. Dr. Zang was amazing to in the diagnosis. I hope managment sees what an amazing nursing staff they have now please dont loose them. The only downside was the waiting room chairs are ripped up and dirty

Don't believe what you hear about Tri-City. At least in my case, I had a great ER experience (and it was even better than my last visit to Scripps Encinitas). The staff was amazing - smart, professional, efficient, and overall just really "good people". Dr. Oh was especially wonderful and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was feeling well. You can tell that the staff works as a team, and they speak highly of each other. I would like to thank Melanie, Jake, Gen'ai, Terra, Christian, Matt, Meghan, and Dr. Oh for their exceptional care and for showing me compassion in my time of need.

His name is Eduardo (Eddie) ACT CNA TELE Every time he is smiling and gracious to everyone. Thank you Eddie for your service I'm grateful to be greeted with a friendly face and care. You serve TCMC well. God bless you sir. Janet Blevins

I was accompanying the patient Richard Harris in room 331. The nurses Mari and Mary were excellent. as well as the nurse' assistants lilly and Nicolette. However, the room had some maintenance issues. The thermostat was missing and the bathroom rail was broken. The rest of the room was good. It could use mopping more often.

i was in the hospital for 4 days (nov 9th-12th)on the 4th floor and i can't remember all of their names, i really wish i could but i have bad brain fog but the ones i remember at the moment charlotte, rose, melissa, and leilani were such amazing nurses. amazing hospitality, amazing attitude, they helped ease my anxiety about my health and helped lighten the mood. they were so nice, i never had to worry about my health thanks to those nurses. not only are they great at hospitality but they also helped me laugh and smile during a rough stage with how sick i felt. they never made me feel like a burden and made a scary hospital stay not as scary. very grateful for the staff i've met during my stay.
