brought my mom in two nights ago scared I saw the long wait which made me super worried. My mom was in so so much pain, I saw the nurses run left and right juggling alot. As we sat for about two hours I hear her name called and a Tech (Matthew) called for her vitals and to update her which made me more worried how much long we be here. We went to a room and he informed us on the doctor, tests that are completed, and asked about her pain. He made sure she was warm with hand heat pack and gave her a blanket to stay warm. I teared up as he tried to do what he could in his power to help with many people waiting kept us feeling important still. He told us more things to be done that he keep us updated. Mom got an IV by a RN (Lidia) and he popped back in saying a room was assigned for her I felt bad as I did not see him sit once always running around. He personally brought us back got her settled warmed agian and personally ask doctor for more meds as the tylenol they gave didnt work and any movement hurt her. Within 10 minutes they gave her IV meds that helped her. The RN (Carlito) was amazing in comforting her and informing us the results with the doctor. This man was amazing I loved his communication thru this espeically him juggling the other 3 people. These two staff members really made an impact since last time I went to tri city I left as I sat for 4 hours vomiting non stop no revital or conversation with anyone to help me. Dr. Zang was amazing to in the diagnosis. I hope managment sees what an amazing nursing staff they have now please dont loose them. The only downside was the waiting room chairs are ripped up and dirty
