Dr Carr put 5 stints outside my heart (Cardiac catheterization) and saved my life. I had 70% blockage and was suffering with chest pains. He figured out what was wrong with me and fixed the problem. Very well done! Maybe he has problems with the help at his office but he is an excellent Doctor. Thanks Dr. Carr!!!!
Dr. Carr did a decent job (at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, which is an OK hospital) placing the stent for me, I'm still alive after all. The staff at his outpatient office are mostly rude and the research study I was invited to partipate initially had an awesome nurse coordinator but has since been replaced by a young lady that seems only semi-competent. The physician's assistant (PA) walked in on me while I was shirtless without introducing himself while I was having an EKG. The company they brought in for the stress test had very rude employees. Overall the staff is disrespectful and I will never go to their office for treatment after my last bad experience,
Dont go here! One of the doctors Yvonne there has no bed side manner and I cant believe a human being can be so rude and belittle people. The first time I saw her she said "You have POTS Syndrome" and walked out of the room! I followed her and asked her what is was and she told me to GOOGLE it! I dont pay an arm and leg for insurance to have a doctor to tell me to google it. Its a serious syndrome that has severely affected my life. They never call you back, schedule you months in advance and cancels your appointments the day of ,they are rude, unprofessional and this place should be shut down. If you go there avoid Yvone at all costs. She will make you feel stupid for asking any question about your condition.
I love Dr Carr. He saved my husband's life in ER. There may have been office staff problems, that happens in any office. Go for the expertise, ignore the small stuff.
If you want to be billed for service(s) not provide, this is the doctor for you. When I called Emma in billing to rectify an over billing, I told her I might report this to my insurance company. "Go ahead and do that" she stated arrogantly.
