Dr Lee is a reassuringly knowledgeable and empathetic cardiologist. He carefully studies your medical status and outlines fully and clearly the options. He answers all your questions so you can feel secure in the decisions you need to make regarding your health. I highly recommend him as a cardiologist.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Justin Lee. He went over my medical issues and concerns, talked about the tests I have recently taken, was transparent in showing me my charts on his computer and describing where the issues of concern were and how to address them as we move forward. He was attentive and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Look forward to our work together in the coming years.

Dr Justin Lee is amazing, respectful, listens well and took the time to discuss all my options. Very knowledgeable! Minimalist office with helpful staff. They don't keep you waiting. Amazing places to eat all around

My dealings with this group were in the Hawthorne street office, but they are the same bunch. I've waited several months and have decided to share my miserable experience of this group. I scheduled an atrial flutter ablation with Dr Oomen, who in the office seemed to be very professional and caring. After the ablation, however, he spoke to me for all of five minutes while I was still loopy from the anesthetic. I never saw him again. No after surgery hospital visit, no Rx consultation, just a list which the nurses didn't really know about, no nothing. I asked where he was and why he didn't come in and was told, laughingly by a chirpy PA named Alexa he had appointments in Walnut Creek. When I went back for the first follow up in the office, I began to tell the PA, Marian Elbert, how displeased I was by Dr Oommen's absence, but she stopped me, gave me a list of what she was supposed to do in the visit, then said, and I quote, "I don't have time to listen to complaints." I emailed Dr Oommen and asked that my records be sent to my regular cardiologists, which they did not do. What this group seems to be is a group of technicians, not healers who give two hoots in hell about the customers. I've been told that this is the case for the practices taken over by Stanford Health, and I don't doubt it. But that's no excuse - I was, and still am, stunned by the lack of caring and lack of professionalism. I highly suggest cardiac patients seek medical work elsewhere.
