Patient
The lab closes without notice when Sutter is short staffed, and they shift the this lab's staff over to hospital lab. The office staff tries to send people over to a lab in Berkeley instead. (It is not exactly easy to get to this little lab on 30th in the first place...You have to find parking and then crowd in one elevator -- during a pandemic -- because Sutter is not fixing the second elevator. It's been this way for at least 3 months. The lab is a small room inside the doctors' offices) This review is about Sutter's management, not the medical or lab staff, who do a great job.
