James Lai, M.D.

Dr. Lai is an amazing cardiologist and a great (and very engaging) human being. I have been seeing him for almost ten years and he always takes really good care of me. He's a very active guy who travels a lot, but when am with him, he is laser-focused on me and my heart.

Dr. Lai is one of my favorite docs because his discussions with me have been well communicated, to the point and easy to understand. And, he was on time, and efficient, so that a lot gets talked about in a clear and concise way. He's very clear about procedures he's recommending and the office helps to make those appointments.

Dr. Lai is very personal, easy to talk to, and a wonderful surgeon. His office caught a heart problem even though I wasn't experiencing any symptoms. I had surgery to replace a heart valve on a Thursday, home the next day. Just had my six week checkup and passed with flying colors. I highly recommend Dr. Lai.

Over all Dr. lai is a great diagnostician & has an excellent bedside manner. Excellent explanation of diagnosis and procedures! Very kind and polite.

He is a genuinely good listener and never makes me feel rushed.
