This was a wonderful office. You're greeted by a lovely professional young lady. She's polite, helpful, respectful, just lovely. The young lady who took my vitals and gave me my shot was also lovely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The other young lady who helped me with my medical condition was thorough, intelligent, attentively listened, and provided the medication and relief to help with my discomfort. I am doing much better. Thank you to all these ladies. They each were amazing. Created an awesome experience.

We had to go to urgent care today due to a fall I took yesterday, thinking it's broken . The team at CityHealth was just wonderful, so kind and efficient. My care team, Tatiana and Angelee couldn't have been any kinder... the X-ray tech, receptionist, physician assistant, all made my visit as comfortable and quick possible. Thank you!

The app and website both say they take my insurance (Covered Ca Blue Shield) I made the appointment, checked in, then was informed it would be $228 to be seen as they no longer take my insurance. I asked why someone couldn't have told me that before I arrived, they said, "I don't know."

I had the pleasure of interacting with Tiesha Meacham, and I must say her customer service skills are outstanding. When visiting the office in San Leandro on May 19, 2025, I observed Tiesha in the waiting lobby, and it was clear that she creates a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. She greeted each person with genuine kindness and made them feel at ease. My parents are both 84, and the patience and tone she had with them was excellent. She took the time to repeat information when needed and even wrote things down to ensure they fully understood. Whether assisting visitors in person or handling phone calls, she remained calm, courteous, and professional. Tiesha provided complete and accurate information and communicated with a pleasant, approachable demeanor. Her positive energy and attention to detail truly stand out. I've been here several times and usually have a great experience. This time I waited an hour after my original appointment time, which was the first appointment for the day. I still hadn't been seen so I had to leave to take a call. I came back an hour later and waited another hour before I was seen. A two hour wait for a 10 minute visit. The visit itself was quick and efficient.
