My husband called and was given a time of 4:30 for an appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes prior. We arrived 17 minutes prior and were turned away. They told us he should have arrived 30 minutes prior and had to reschedule. He got the time off work to make his appointment and these people have no regard. Horrible establishment.
