Doctor Peter N Mattar can not keep his appointments. After waiting one whole month for my appointment with this doctor he cancelled my appointment for a second time. As an insult to injury, he will not approve your medication refills unless he sees you. I totally lost faith in visiting the office of this doctor. I can not describe my disappointment with this office.
Just started with this doctor, on face value Dr. Mattar is very personable however his staff the meat and potato's of the operation is not very effective when dealing with medications or the approval process for various procedures that one may need. Their attention to details like calling people back within an acceptable time frame is poor at best. This is a deal breaker for me especially when its dealing with ones health, without that we have nothing and if the Doctors staff show signs that they don't care your screwed!!
I've been seeing Dr. Mattar for a few years now and he is always timely. I never have to sit waiting forever in the room like I have with other doctors. He takes his time to explain things and actively listens to me. I've enjoyed him and his staff the past few years.
Totally unprofessional, he did not examine my grandson, didn't lay a hand on him. The staff knew what we were coming in for, so the good doctor can not say he doesn't treat the condition my grandson was there for. All he did was write down a name on a piece of paper and said go to this Dr. and then charged my debit card $125!!! Are you kidding me? The office staff is as crooked as Peter Mattar( I refuse to address him as doctor) STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Ive been seeing dr mattar for over 10 years he is a top notch doctor. He actually cares about you and wants to help you. I would recommend anyone to see him for medical situations. Ive seen alot of doctors for different things dr mattar is the best out of all of them. He is busy so sometimes hard to get appointments
