This office is only good for physicals and things that can wait at least 1-2 weeks. If you are actually sick or have something that should probably be seen that week, this office isn't for you. I breastfeed and have had a clogged duct that just won't unclog for a few days. They wanted to schedule me 1 week out... so I should wait 1 week and get mastitis because they don't hold time on their schedule for appointments like this. I've never worked at or heard of a doctor office that doesn't hold a few spots per day for office visits like this. They didn't even recommend I go to urgent care until I said that I should probably go to the ER or something if I have a lump for that long instead of seeing them. Then it was "we recommend you go to urgent care and keep an appointment with us for next week as a follow up." So they don't want to actually help. They just want you to follow up to get your co-pay and bill your insurance.
