They are the absolute worst! Horrible communication, attitude by some of the staff & management. Yesterday I received an email AND text requesting I confirm my appointment, I did, another reminder text this morning. Drove from Cambria, didn't want to cancel since I confirmed I'd be there - only to find out the Dr. is out and has been & will be out for a while. What in the world?! Get your staff trained and communicate! - among each other and your patients. So frustrating! This is NOT the first time, and I assume it won't be the last.

Very nice & convenient location in Nipomo. I use a PA instead of a M.D. & if there is a health concern I'm sent immediately to a specialist. They have dental care, but understand it's very difficult to get an appt. There is a podiatrist, women's health available plus eye exams & I believe frames as well. Of course children doctors too. This place is clean & everyone seems friendly & very professional. Lots of parking with lots of handicapped parking available. Forgot to mention they also have a chiropractor plus a pharmacy on site. Like that a copy of your visit is copied for you before you leave. This is helpful if you forget what was said. It's nice to review. Don't know if all insurances are accepted but I highly recommend this place.

This Dr office has so many different Dr offices inside this building. It seems like a brand new building and is super clean. I've only met 1 staff member that was completely rude, but the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lab is extremely poorly ran. Lab stated my insurance was not accepted after they sent me the bill as i was not in network. However my health insurance at the time did not have an in network requirement. Lab "FORGOT" to send the claim to insurance. One year later they send me the bill which I am now fully responsible. As i no longer have the same insurance, the insurance stated it was too late to make a claim. Do not go here they will mess up your paperwork, won't file claims properly, and overall just really mismanaged and poorly ran.

Very clean and good staff
