They are the absolute worst! Horrible communication, attitude by some of the staff & management. Yesterday I received an email AND text requesting I confirm my appointment, I did, another reminder text this morning. Drove from Cambria, didn't want to cancel since I confirmed I'd be there - only to find out the Dr. is out and has been & will be out for a while. What in the world?! Get your staff trained and communicate! - among each other and your patients. So frustrating! This is NOT the first time, and I assume it won't be the last.
