I would like to divide my review into two sessions: 1) Dr. Quan: I like Dr. Quan. He listens well, does not rush and answers my questions in very detail. 2) Office: Office staff is polite and courteous. However their time management is not up to par. I had an appointment with Dr. Quan and I had to wait for 1 hours in the office sitting. The office told me Dr. Quan had an emergency in the morning and running the behind his schedule. Why didn't you tell me before? I can easily reschedule my appointment or come a later time or at least bring my computer so I can work. Empathy is the key with human relationships. Treat someone the way you want to be treated. Hope this review will help the office to improve the time management.

I used Dr Quan for Years before we moved to SD. Dr. Quan is the best in my opinion, good listener, works with your concerns, and doesn't make you panic. He was never wrong , and we had issues. I'd go back to him in a plink if we moved back. Miss you Dr. Quan...

In my opinion I would give a 0 to this doctor and his office. I had blood work done as a result of Dr. Quan ordering the lab work. It was done in April. To this date, I have not received my results despite my calls to him at least 4 times. The office keeps saying that he needs to review the records. Uh ok. How long does that take?

I totally agree with EVERYTHING the poster below me says! Never less than a TWO HOUR wait! Very rude and unprofessional.

They will not see anyone unvaccinated even if they have not gone anywhere!
