My Chula Vista Doctors

Went here to establish a Primary Dr. since I'm new to the area. Front desk receptionist recommended Dr. Rabago. I am so happy they did, because she is fantastic. I have multiple medical issues and she spends the time to answer all of my questions every time I see her. She doesn't act annoyed or try to rush me. I'm extremely happy with her and the staff. Never a long wait to be seen. The only issue I have, is if I call and leave a message for a call back, I don't usually get one.

Shout out to Marcos for his excellent phone support! Called as a new patient looking for an in-network PCP. Did have to call twice. 1st time a few days ago, I left a voicemail and never heard back. Today, I did have a 10-minute hold after giving initial details. I wasn't too concerned with this, but combined with the other reviews, im hoping things have improved. Especially with the good service from Marcos. The earliest opening with chosen PCP is 4 months out. A bit concerned with that as well, but hoping that's indicative of strong patient retention. Looking fwd to the visit.

Dr. Aljawadi is by far the best D.O. on the West Coast. She is one of the few doctors who still cares for her patients. Dr. Santoyo is another Dr. @ the My Chula Vista Doctors group. He is also a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. There is nothing I can say that is negative about this group. They have an Urgent Care on site. They have a pharmacy in the building. The people in the front office are great. If you have the opportunity to see one of the Dr's there, you are guaranteed to be seeing one of the best physicians San Diego has to offer.

The worst doctors office I have ever experienced. The front desk staff are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They lost my son's test results. They also never return phone calls and they gossip about their patients. Please if you are wise, stay clear of this office. Best of luck.

I accompanied my mom several months ago to this clinic, where she's been going for several years since it was in Chula Vista. She kept going there, but she didn't want to chang clinics because she was happy with Dr. Pollak who was an excellent doctor and a great person. It turns out Dr Pollak is no longer there, and the people there continue to treat my mom poorly. The customer service is terrible; the manager doesn't do her job well, and my mom says she's always smoking outside and talkingon the phone. The women at the front desk are always gossiping, and all the information they're supposed to enter into the system when you write on the forms, they don't do it, and every time my mom goes, they never have her information up to date because these people don't do their jobs well, and they're not friendly at all. Only the men who work there are the only kind ones, especially one I don't know his name, but he has long hair and a beard. He's very attentive and friendly. But I convinced my mom to change clinics to one where the entire staff is friendly, not just one person. Now she she's being treated excellent! PEOPLE, DON'T GO TO MY CHULA VISTA DOCTORS.
