I had a great experience here, from start to finish. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The doctor I saw did not rush the appointment. I didn't feel like just a number. I appreciated the advice the doctor gave me, and being respectfully honest. This place is clean, and handi-cap accessible. The whole staff make an excellent team. I'd come here just to hang out! It's a calm environment.

This place is a busy place. Staff is a bit unorganized, but they pull it together in the end. Dr. Kim is very good doctor. He very knowledgeable and straightforward. My Dad had to do some testing over the last couple of months. I would have given this 5 stars, but the only annoyance I have with this place is the unnecessary unknown appointments that are scheduled without being made aware of it. I never made the appointment or they just didn't tell me about the appointment before leaving the office. Then I'm gaslighted by staff that I made the appointment months ago, which is a lie. Then I have to make adjustments to my schedule to make the appointment I didn't schedule. I have had to do this several times.

I love Dr Ly. She's very knowledgeable, patient & nice. She doesn't try to rush you out the door. Also, she offers suggestions to better help with your health.

As far as Dr. Kim and his assistant, pretty good, but my wife is a new patient. But the staff, when you call the general line and making appointments for the stress test is horrible. Not following instructions on what number to call and making excuses. They cancelled her appointment THREE TIMES now and hopefully this next one they'll actually go through with it and not cancel AGAIN. Dealing with phone calls should be the STRESS TEST itself (funny, not funny). When you have to schedule your day off for this long test and also (food) fast, and they CANCEL OVER AND OVER, how are you supposed to believe the next one will actually be the test?! Then you have to change your schedule AGAIN AND AGAIN, which is also stress! Maybe they want you to be stressed out for the test? Who knows. But the staff when you call was just "matter of fact" and said they are the only ones that test and there is not other place they are linked with to get a test. Which is a lie, because I found out from Dr. Kim's assistant that we can go to the other location by Telegraph Canyon Road. All I can do now is pray that the next appointment is real and that everything goes well. But if they CANCEL AGAIN, we will have to look for a better place that will treat their patients right.

You guys need to tell the truth. Lying that "everything looks normal" can not only cause additional damages, you are putting peoples lives at risk of dying from a sudden heart attack. Your offices can face some serious lawsuits over this. Tell the truth. You have all the technology, experts, and medicine, to help everyone with their heart failure. If EKG results are not accurate, why do you say "everything is normal??"
