I am so upset at this practice. I had an appointment to see Dr Srebro and was looking forward to meeting him and be treated by him. It took me several weeks just to get the appointment because they wanted a referral even though my Insurance did not required it so getting what they needed took and wasted time of about 2 weeks. Finally, I got what they needed then the appointment was made for the beginning week of January. Then 5 weeks pass and I received a letter from them, not a call but a letter stating that I needed to reschedule because he could not see me on my appointment day and I had to reschedule. I just got off the phone with them and now they said that Dr. Srebro is no longer accepting new patients. Wow! How upsetting. I felt that I wasted all of this time, about 2 months for nothing. I told them that I already had the appointment and that he had already accepted me as a new patient but the receptionist said I had to wait till May of 2021 to see him. I am very disappointed and upset at how they are so inconsiderate. They said that he is also getting ready to retire and is focused is maintaining his stabilised patients. Update. I received call from their office manager and she was very apologetic with my experience and said she would honor for me to see which ever Doctor I wanted to see including Dr. Srebro but because his schedule is so far out I Chose their new Doctor that is coming on board. She was made things right for me. I have an appointment with their new Cardiologist. After hearing nformation about him I am looking forward to meeting him. Thank you Maureen for the call.

I have been a patient of Dr Srebro for over a decade .I have nothing but the best to say . I know I am in competent hands with a caring physician . The office staff is very efficient and caring .We are very lucky to have such great cardiologist in Napa.
