Worst ER experience I have ever had. My nurse had 15 patients at least , and I could not get any attention from her. She seemed very scatter brained. always said she would be back. There were 15 to 30 patients on gernies in the hall. When I arrived by ambulance I waited at least a half hour to get inside. They did an EKG at the front door. Definitely a for profit hospital. Only the mental cases were in the rooms, so they did not have to deal with them walking by. The only way I would if gotten attention is if I coded. Stay away from this hospital. The good reviews are lies

Best hospital in the area. I was seen in the er after I was involved in a car accident and the level of care and concern I received was the best. DR. K Landa, MD , was My provider and was absolutely amazing. I can't put together the words to describe how satisfied and pleasant my visit to the er was. Highly recommend!! And they don't leave you around waiting for any period of time. Very professional snd very quick and at the same time, very thorough and professional

Recently had to visit because I had heart palpitations around midnight. They ran some blood tests, EKG tests, and an MRI scan. I mentioned I had eaten something that upset my stomach, which I think was the cause of my issue. At one point they gave me medication to control my heart rate, but I told them I have white coat anxiety and that's probably why its not going down. I was left with a nurse in a room, where I was given an IV. I was lying there to the point where I felt like my bladder was going to explode from needing to use the restroom. There was no nurse in sight. I didn't know what to do. I was plugged into an IV and I was attached to monitors. The nurse then tells me he could bring a jug to use the restroom. Since they had given me medication, It was extremely difficult for me to even get up and I was getting tangled. It got to the point where I ended up wetting myself a little on my pants and shoes. Very embarrassing. The nurse or doctor didn't seem to care or help. I was also given a GI cocktail. Not sure why all of this done without telling me. I told them I had symptoms of acid reflux, but no burning sensation, so it just made me feel worse. The nurse who also took my blood test poked me so many times before he could find my vein. I was left with this bruise. This experience was just wild, because they were running so many tests. I am not sure my health coverage covers all of these tests. I mentioned I was only on a covered california bronze plan. When I got home after looking at the results, I was also surprised to see that one of the symtoms they wrote on my chart was the fact that I was having chest pains. I never said I had chest pain. I told the staff it was just palpitations.

Absolutely horrible experiences lately. This used to be a five-star hospital and it is now a zero Star hospital. I took my mother here a few days ago for stroke-like symptoms and after hours and hours of having her in a waiting room chair and being so dismissive of everything we had to say about our mother's symptoms, they discharged her with a "sinus infection" . My sister and I weren't comfortable with the results so I took her to Temecula Valley Hospital where we found out she had a mini stroke with cardiac complications and was admitted on the spot. Thankfully Temecula Valley Hospital took the time to actually look into everything. This place is becoming almost as bad as Hemet hospital. I'm from LA and have had better service at a county Hospital. I had to go a couple of months back and the doctor and nurses (with the exception of one nurse) were completely dismissive of anything and everything I said. I sat out in the lobby the entire time for hours in between imaging and blood tests. Finally, when they went to discharge me they tried doing it lined up in a hallway full of other patients being discharged. Where is the patient privacy? The doctor got irritated because I asked if we could speak in private. I watched one of the nurses bad-moting a patient that was writhing in pain because she wouldn't stay still so they could insert an IV. The horrible comments being cracked were unbelievable. I will never come back to this hospital.

EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER! I went to the Emergency Room for a GI issue and the staff were very polite. From the office to the nurses and PA, everyone was respectful. Although the hospital touts a faith-based approach I never feel like they're forcing religion or their lifestyle on people. Everyone was welcome and treated respectfully. The waiting room was about medium-level full when I went in around 2:00pm. Unfortunately, since I wasn't in pain, I was kind of put in the back burner which kind of sucked. I think my issue could've been addressed quickly so they could have more space for other patients. Oh well, it's not a dealbreaker for me because the care is wonderful. Shoutout to PA Sarah and Nurse Kim (I think, she has a southern accent). Both truly cared about the patients! The hospital has plenty of parking and has a sweet cafeteria. Note, as this is an Adventist hospital all meals provided for guests and patients are Vegetarian! Yes, even in the cafeteria. The hospital is pretty clean, I saw the nurses sanitizing carts and tables throughout the day. I'm very thankful for Loma Linda!
