Everyone I dealt with was very nice, wait time was pretty normal (under 15 minutes with paperwork). Dr. Kemmerly answers all my questions, gives great advice, and is very caring. My husband and I have had positive experiences each time we've been there. All the people in the procedure room have also been great!
This was our first time there and everyone was friendly. From start to end they made all seem so easy. Alexandra Rodriguez PA explained the procedure and was so comforting. The nerves just went away. Thank you for the marvelous experience

Katy Linke the PA was very thorough and extremely understanding and kind. I actually enjoyed a doctor appointment and the general conversation with her. I was a new patient for her and I was nervous because of being under the care of previous health care providers since 2012 and was comfortable with them because of my health condition. But she was awesome and really caring listening and talking with me like a real person. I wish much more doctors were empathetic and patient, thinking hands on as she did. I'm a person like this young lady was. I truly look forward to seeing them all again the whole staff. Thank you, your patient, Darla
The staff were very nice, however the medical assistant messed up my whole chart with wring information given & ordered the wrong medicine Dr requested, so went against Dr orders. They then refuse to fix the issue by phone, I had to go down there for the correct perscription & correct my file for the 5th time. Dr T still completed my procedure inaccurate that I had to go elsewhere for another done -even after twlling the staff again of my history. The whole procedure was a mess! They shoved in way to many people at once. You are so rushed in & out & doagnoses are incomplete. Highly suggest you go elsewhere. United G.I. suck also just fyi! Highly suggest go to San Diego or O.C. private Dr ir even RMC
