Heart & Vascular Center of Murrieta

This place is an absolute disaster! The PA is useless and the first time I was there. I waited an hour and I was the 2nd patient. TODAY I showed up for my appointment, now hes is gone. They claim they tried to contact me, yet I do not have any messages. The front desk receptionist is real snot and needs get her little attitude in check, because you don't know who you're talking to! I have been an RN for 25 years and in management and this girl.would be fired. She acts like I am there for her. NOW I have to wait for a nurse practitioner appt because the receptionist said the doctor is NEVER on time! The girl tells me hes always late. I will be searching for a cardiologist out of network. If this is all Blue Shield has to offer, I am better off without one. Trust me when I say I will be contacting and making a complaint.

Shameful when the staff posts positive reviews to boost the score of the office. I'd give them a 0 if I could. I have had nothing but issues with this office since they became my cardiologist almost a year ago. The doctors refuse to listen to my concerns, how I feel, what of going on with me, let alone my family history. After being seen by the PA (or whatever he is) a few times, and hearing nothing but, "Your an interesting case," he was not supposed to see me anymore. I then see one of the actual doctors, after almost 4 months of appointments that led to nothing. He refused to even let me finish talking about what I had been going through. He says, "you've never seen me," when I tell him my blood pressure issues. He won't discuss anything until I have a one month bp log. So a one month follow up is scheduled, I keep my log. Then i go in to find out the put me with the PA again. I'm told I can wait for the doctor, because I don't need to sit in an office for over an hour just to hear, "Your an interesting case," and having a follow up booked for another month out. I wait another 45 min to see the doctor, and when I go in he is angry. Her reprimands his staff outside my door, telling them that they should not have done that. I should have been forced to see someone who've I've already said, and has I agreed, I shouldn't be seeing. How unprofessional to do that right in front of me. Showed that this doctor does not care how I feel or what I am going through. It's months of this back and forth before even being willing to change my bp meds when my bp was consistent 190's/100's. Then that doctor goes on leave. I see the main doctor, who walks out mid appointment after me waiting over an hour, and basically doesn't want to talk to me because he found out that they didn't have my paperwork from my old cardiologist, that I thought they originally got back in 2022, then I thought they had gotten in January 2023 at the very least.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY DOCTOR IN THE WORLD. THEY DON'T CALL YOU WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. I HAD A TREADMILL TEST 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL CANT GET THE RESULTS FROM THEM. I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING!! THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!

2.5 hour wait to see a doctor who stops me mid sentence to take a phone call, has not read any notes taken by his nurse and does not listen to a thing I'm saying. Literally asks me the same question three times in a 5 minute span. No thank you!

Dr A was very kind and patient, and answered all questions from both me and my daughter. His staff is very efficient and pleasant.
