I've been seeing Dr Lai for 8 years and he has provided excellent medical care. He's recently handled a very critical heart condition and has me on the road to a full recovery. If you're looking for a cardiologist I highly recommend you give Dr Lai a call.
There are a couple of girls in his office that are very rude and can make you cry on a dime. Shame on them they take care of people with heart disease we are already stressed enough. They fired me because they said i canceled two appointments I did not I had a cold and when the girl on the office called me she heard I had a cold and she said I could not come in until I was a weak clear of no cold so she canceled the appointment. The second appointment I had I did have to cancel because I did not have enough money to pay the co-pay. Shame on me for not having enough money but that is no reason for you to let a person with heart disease go eventually I could pay the money but shame on you.
