Dr. Ramtin was quite rash, I heard him yelling at his support staff through the wall and it was a very tense environment to be in. He spent maybe a max of 5minutes with me before saying nothing was wrong with me and then dismissing my questions about multiple things in my echo result that my primary was concerned about and his answer was, "it's just normal" what does that even mean and I know that it isn't normal. he was so quick to dismiss my question he left the room before I could clarify what he exactly meant. Also, he was very under prepared, he didn't review any of my chart, did not review the echo nor my other ekg or lab work. this should have been things himself or his office staff should have followed up on if they didn't receive it or properly save it, even though my provider did say they sent it over to his office already. he then said he was going to order an echo without realizing I was referred to him due to my echo results. He review my echo on my phone where i saved the results, but he kept reaching for my phone before I could even log into my health portal, it felt like I had to pull them up faster because he didn't have time to wait, It was just a very unpleasant experience overall. I do not trust him to give me adequate health advice or care. It was night and day compared to my provider that referred me to him. I know what good care is and he had a terrible bedside manner, could hardly sit or stand still long enough to have a full conversation with me.I know I am generally a healthy individual but to not give me the time of day was insulting to myself and those who referred me to him, it was such an odd experience. the entire experience seemed completely transactional and void of care.
