First of all I'm having surgery done in a month and few weeks, so I was referred for a Endoscopy. The ladys at the front desk are so helpful, I was having issues with mixups with my referral but they helped in what they could. I felt like a pest for going back to ask questions but they were so nice and reassured me it was not my fault. Finally it was worth the wait. The Doctor was really caring and helpful I will be going back for 2 appointments more at the same location in Salinas. I really liked that I did not feel like a number and she assured me that if I had any moment, we're having Certain health issues I could always contact her to make an appointment. Definitely recommend this office.

The practice is in a good location with plenty of parking. Front office staff and medical assistants are friendly and efficient. It took a few months to get in to see Dr Parsons but then only a few weeks for my endoscopy. Biopsy results were quick. Dr Parsons is friendly and gives clear, concise explanations. No weight shaming. Definitely recommend!

Everytime I have an appointment, everyone is so kind, considered, friendly and helpful. The Doctor is kind, patient, understanding and helpful and always listened and concerns and answers all my questions. I would recommend this Doctors office to everyone. The do excellent job.

Put off colonoscopy then finally talked into it by PCP and GI physicians. Had initial appointment/consult, & scheduled. After procedure had to be cancelled due to prep medication reaction, it's been next to IMPOSSIBLE to get follow up from the office. Procedure was for 11/ 25. Called the office the same day procedure was scheduled (and at least 3 additional times) and asked for instruction /rescheduling. Played phone tag and left messages only to have final call sent from live person to answering machine of a scheduler who has yet to get back to me. It's now 12/12. (Two business weeks have since passed). While I have confidence in my physician I don't have it in the office.
