The staff are friendly, the office is clean, and everything is easy to find. Dr. Poggemeyer was nice to me at first, but he seems to get frustrated easily. He can't always answer my questions about COPD, and I'm not entirely sure how up to date he is on the latest treatments. I also have anxiety issues and have had a hard time quitting smoking, and he has been judgmental of that to the point that I don't feel he actually listens to me when I describe my health concerns.
Clean office, very nice assistant. Dr himself did not listen well, and did not have anything to suggest except a sleep apnea test even though my problem is getting to sleep in the first place not waking up once asleep. Not an all round sleep specialist in my opinion - though probably great if waking frequently when asleep is your problem.
Took the time to really listen to me and answered my questions.
