I went in on a Sunday morning for dyhdration due to what I think is food poisoning. I was admitted almost immediately and spoke briefly with a doctor who just took my word for it that it was food poisoning. I'm guessing I looked and sounded better than I felt because he didn't ask any follow up questions to make sure it wasn't something else. Either way he did approve for me to get fluids and anti-nausea meds. Then I was shown to a bed where I did have to wait for about 40 minutes before anyone came to see me. That's when I got my blood drawn and the IV put in. I was then left to rest. I guess the doctor came by to review my results once they came back but because I was sleeping he let me be. Can't complain, though I do wish someone could have stopped by to explain the results once I woke up. Either way really good experience for the most part just wish they had asked me some more info in case this is something else because it's been 6 days and I'm still quite ill. The nurse was super sweet and kind 10/10.

My experience was really good it was very clean the nurse doctor and front desk works were all do sweet and respectful I stepped on a rusty nail and had to get a tetanus shot and they made my first experience for that easy and smooth and the shot was quick and did not hurt and very sanitary overall I would recommend Montclair hospital medical center

Throughout the years I have Been to various hospitals Montclair Hospital. Medical Center is so awesome from the intake to the nurses to the physicians. They genuinely show true concern and compassion I would recommend Montclair Hospital to everyone. I've been coming here for 20 years even though you see different employees leave throughout the years they represent Montclair Hospital to the fullest they go above and beyond their job.

My sister-in-law was brought to this hospital on Friday night by the EMT. She had a seizure that night. We want to see her Saturday afternoon and she was shivering and sleeping. The doctor came in, didn't acknowledge us at all. We had to ask him who he was and if she had eaten. He stated they did not feed her because they were afraid she would chock. They were giving her no medication except a sedative. We went to take her out of there and take her to another hospital, the nursing staff did not help it all. It is the worst medical staff we have ever encountered!
