My primary referred me here. It's been 4 days & I still haven't been able to get through to the front desk to schedule an appointment. And the women who answer just put you on hold and are extremely rude. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional.

Dr Romelo, has a terrible bedside manner! his demeanor is offensive and callous! how cruel is it when your doctor tells an elderly man point blank if he can't fix the circulation in your feet he will just chop his feet off

Called the main line and asked to speak / leave a message with a Doctor. The person who answered the phone was VERY rude, and had no interest in helping or taking down a message. Very unprofessional.

I see Dr Kahn for my heart & high blood pressure.. Dr Kahn has a great bedside manner.. Any questions I may have, Dr Kahn takes the time to explain what caused my condition & how I can manage my condition & medicine.. Any of Dr Kahns assistance's have always been kind, friendly, with a positive attitude.. My only complaint is dealing with a few of the front desk.. They're very rude & make me feel as if I'm intruding if I have questions about referrals or simply any questions..

Trying to get someone to answer the phones is a joke. You would think a doctors office could afford an answering service. Doctor's are not what they used to be.
