Today I was assigned a new doctor at this location. Dr. Wong, is what every patient in pain needs. She explained everything, asked a lot questions, very patient friendly, and had great energy. She was able to. resolve my issue and hopefully I won't have to return. The entire experience at Sutter was a great one.

I am beyond impressed with Raquel Serrato Romero, PA. From the moment I met her, it was clear that she is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen carefully, ensuring that I feel heard and valued during every visit. Her approach makes me feel like part of her extended family, and I always leave our appointments feeling empowered and understood. What stands out the most is her realistic and thoughtful advice, especially when it comes to health and wellness. Radiology dept had no radiologists to read images. WSrill waiting after 11 days for x-ray results. Patient relations ignored two phone calls. If you can't offer timely results, warn your patients so they can go elsewhere. Still waiting since 9/18. They should be embarrassed. However Dr Tily is excellent.

I love the fact that I can see most of my medical care team in one building, AND have xrays and labwork done there as well. It also helps that the medical doctors are some of the best around. I have various medical issues and I feel I am getting excellent care from the Sutter group.

The kind woman who casted my arm was amazing honestly. But trying to get appointments handled is a bust. It's taken a week(so far, still not filed) for them to send a disability form out. Any paperwork moves at a SNAILS PACE. And the PA said I was good to be casted based on a 4 day old x Ray from another hospital, without needing to set anything. Still only have 20% movement so hopefully there is no need to re-break. I update when necessary.
