Dr. Ushakova is compassionate and caring. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and discusses treatment options in a way that you can understand. She gives plenty of time to make sure she has heard all of you concerns and answered all of your questions. When she prescribes a new medication she goes over it thoroughly to include benefits/risks/side effects.
Dr Ushakova always takes time to thoroughly hear what I have to say and asks pertinent questions to try to get to the bottom of my concerns. She is very patient and kind in her responses. I'm so thankful for her!

Dr. Ushakova listens intently and delves deeply into complex medical issues, asks essential questions and persists in an effort to come up with a medical plan. She easily shifts into teaching mode with illustration and examples of what is available to treat a condition. She allowed me to question options and consider other paths toward better health. Hours after she cared for me I opened a letter from Sutter saying she is leaving. I would want to follow her to her next practice. It is a blow to be separated from such a thoughtful Doctor.
This was my first visit with Dr. Ushakova. She was very thorough but unfortunately she is leaving Sutter in two months. I do have one more appt with her before she leaves to go over my lab reports. She gave me three names of other Doctors in the Modesto Sutter Clinic to schedule future appts with.
