My husband Ron had carpal tunnel surgery in Oct 2025. Just have to say how much we both thoroughly enjoyed Nurse Nhikki! Absolutely wonderful! What a treasure in the Surgical Admittance Dept.! She deserves a raise...not easy to deal with "whimpy males" She'll know the joke! Love ya Nhikki! Keep your sense of humor along with your warmth! Priceless!

My labor experience was actually really beautiful. I will never forget Steph, or Chrystie & Avery. All 3 women did such a wonderful job at making sure I was comfortable, that my body was able to tell me when to push. (had epidural that was actually too good thank you Garret! But couldn't feel my legs so they turned down the medication) The pain was at a level 2, and I could cope with contractions. I felt very involved during the delivery. Con.. Nowhere comfortable really for the father of my child to sleep.. but Steph made sure to find a pull out chair. Thank you so much.. I just think the amenities could be updated and nicer.. Specially in the postpartum unit. Just 1 hard chair for the father of my child, shared rooms with another mama.. so nurses are coming in and out for either myself or the roommate. But while in postpartum Lisandra, and Lactation Nurse Danita were my absolute FAVORITE! I am so grateful to have experienced Lisandra's beautiful energy. Danita sincerely.. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help and knowledge with breastfeeding. I breastfed my son for 5 months, but doing it all over again.. Danita gave me the best education on making my breastfeeding journey even better this time around! I went in blind and not wanting to give birth at DMC.. but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also.. the room service food was actually REALLY good.

The CCU spot was fantastic but the cardiac floor could use some help. I had a 9inch mass and it was hard for me to get up. So when I called for the nurse to help getting to the restroom they waited over 45 minutes and forgot about me every night for 5 days. Now fast forward a year and they are doing worst for my 85 year old aunt! Left her with no clothes and threw a pillow at her to cover up and left her there! Monica shouldn't be a nurse and honestly should be charged for elderly abuse at this point

Thank you so much for discharging my father before his next appointment at Stanford. I wanted to take the time and thank all the nurses and doctors involved in my father's care at 3S. Thank you for regulating my father's calcium levels, I will always choose you guys over Emanuel. Thank you RN Sarah for taking the time to chart all my dad's medical conditions and relaying them to the the next nurses on duty. Thank you Charge Nurse Chris for being understanding and compassionate and keeping us updated regarding discharge. Thank you Case Manager Jasmine for taking my call. I went to the emergency room around 2:00 am. Because I had swollen feet and I been constipated. Did a catscan and apparently I wasn't. How am I not when I have so much trouble pooping like I mean I literally can only get a pebble out it's takes more than 2 hours to even try. I tried to explain but yet gonna tell me I'm fine how do you tell someone in pain that they are fine like I'm making up the pain and discharge me anyways. I don't know something isn't right with the results. I was told I have a stupid UTI but still why am I having trouble pooping then no explanations just because nothing showed on the catscan. I'm not trying to say anything bad about the doctors or nurses. I just think it's a bit messed up that I have trouble with bowel movement and nothing could be done. I cry a lot for this pain like what am I supposed to do for that.
