Dr. Deborah A. Brown, MD

I went to Dr. Brown before I moved away last year, she was great. The office setup was funky, it must be an old bank since there is a big open vault in the middle. Anyway, Dr. Brown was very considerate, and took me seriously. She was also very kind to her employee.

Dr Brown was very rude to my senior mother on several occasions. Despite what the other review says about Dr Brown being kind and considerate our experience was quite the opposite. My mother is a devoted Christian who insisted that we should leave this to god. My mother would rather not say anything but i was very disturbed when i heard of the mistreatment, neglect and abuse from Dr Brown. My mother said she only went to Dr Brown because the office is close to her home. Years ago Dr Brown was nice but in recent times she has become rude to the extent of treating my mother like an animal. Insulting my mother on several occasions. I told my mother it seems that Dr. Brown does not want you to go back to her office. I would not trust a doctor like her. If a doctor cannot treat people with common respect i find it hard to believe they would have the properly conscience to do the right thing for the patients health. Dr Brown could not properly diagnose a simple condition hastily pushing drugs as a solution. On one occasion Dr Browm misgiagnosed a condition and prescribed medications. My mother was wise to get a 2nd opinion from another doctor who said my mother did not have the condition states by Dr. Brown. The second doctor said not to take the drugs prescribed by Dr Brown. The condition was something very simple as it only needed some simple home remedy such as rest and a common natural item found in nearly all stores. We found it at Trader Joe's. My mother thinks Dr Brown doesn't care about some people because she has plenty of customers now. I think Dr. Brown prefers certain patients that follow her drug prescriptions. Dr Brown most likely receives paid commissions from pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies. Dr. Brown could have been offended that my mother did not blindly accept her diagnosis and got a second opinion from another doctor. Dr. Brown cares more about money and profit than actual people. I think Dr. Brown is like most doctors who work primarily for HMO and health management insurance companies. The doctors practice is totally dictated by the rules ave policies of the insurance companies. But I suspect another possibility which i hesitate to use which is she could have racial otter ethnic bias. I encourage others who have felt mistreated by Dr. Brown to post their reviews and to avoid this medical office. Don't choose to remain silent and tolerate this abuse from bad doctors because of religious reasons and taking the higher ground. Just be honest and fair as i have tried to be with these statements. There are more details i could share but my mother wishes to remain anonymous. I am 100% sincere in this review and there is no ill intent or motive. I think the court of public opinion can be an effective tool. Lets use it properly. God bless.
