Don't go to the Inglewood pump track and take a spill. But if you do, consider yourself lucky to end up at Centinela Hospital and then transferred to St. Francis for surgery. My nurse, Jon, was an absolute rockstar--knowledgeable, attentive, and anticipating my needs throughout my entire 2-night stay. My surgeon, Dr. Hayes, did an outstanding job, and I'm optimistic about my recovery.

Terrible experience here. My father passed away here last year in January. My father was very ill under life support and we decided to let him go due to poor prognosis and to let him rest. We asked the nurse if we can have 6 of our family members in during the process of unplugging my father and the nurse said he would have to ask his charge nurse. Well the charge nurse came in and explained to me that only 3 people can be present during the process. I was incredibly hurt by this because she wanted us to choose between our family members. Keep in mind that my father has 3 kids. His mom , my mother, and his sister were also there. It was an impossible decision to make and really insensitive and morally wrong on so many levels. Given that it was the last time we will see him, being denied of being there for his last moments was so ethically wrong. I get there is rules in place but this situation should have been the exception.

Dear Postpartum Nursing Team,
From the moment we stepped into your care, we felt the comfort, warmth, and compassion that you bring to your work every day. As we navigated one of the most profound and emotional experiences of our lives--the days after welcoming our baby--you were there for us in ways we'll never forget.
Thank you for your gentle guidance, your steady hands, and your kind hearts. For answering every question, no matter how small. For offering support in the middle of the night when exhaustion hit. For making sure both baby and mom were safe, nurtured, and cared for--physically, emotionally, and mentally. Your presence made us feel safe in a time that felt new, overwhelming, and beautiful all at once. Whether you were helping with that first diaper change, encouraging a first latch, monitoring recovery, or simply offering a reassuring word--you made such a difference.
You are more than nurses--you are teachers, protectors, cheerleaders, and caregivers. You treat every family with dignity and tenderness, and we will forever be grateful for the role you played in the earliest days of our child's life.
Thank you for your patience, your knowledge, your kindness, and your endless dedication. The work you do matters more than we can ever say, and we carry your care with us as we begin this new chapter.
With deep appreciation and love

Please don't bring your loves ones go to a bigger hospital. To make story short.I brought my mother with symptoms a non-stop cough, horse voice, lump in her neck , taste buds off, an episode of dizziness, loss appetite and weight loss. They did chest x-ray, blood work and breathing treatment. Went blood work came back they stated everything was normal they didn't saw anything was send home the it was a virus. Last emergency visit was 12/15 . Her condition continued on 12/18 we decide to take her Cedar Sinai mention all the same symptoms, they perform blood work, ct scan and chest x ray. Blood work came back Abnormal everything was bad, the lump on her neck is causing all the symptoms, she was admitted immediately she currently there waiting for biopsy and surgery. She is stable with an appetite. So if you have a love with symptoms usually mistaken with virus DONT visit San francisco this doctors don't like going extra miles for testing or performance different blood test. Go to ucla or cedar Sinai I know they are more busy but it will save your loves one.
