Minus two stars because I waited for about three hours, and had to go up to the front desk to get put in a room. But at least the staff was nice and the doctor actually listened to me and my heart. This is the first time someone actually listened to my concerns and found out there was something wrong, and ordered more tests.
Every time we go to either office we truly love the staff members. The lady upfront always is very kind and helpful. We just love the echo tech she's the best in town ! The whole office is great including my cardiologist Dr.Farah.
Office staff is rude. They don't care how long they make you wait... basically if you don't like they hour plus wait you are free to reschedule. Patient's time is just as valuable if no more so than the staff's. Usually patients have less time in the life to give. Very disappointed overall.
My appointment was at 1:45pm. I got to the clinic at 12:30pm to make sure I was seen at 1:45pm. It is 3:20pm and I'm still waiting.
