This used to be a good health clinic when I first started few years ago, except that now they have sold their soul to focus on making money. Doctor V takes every opportunity to charge the patient by forcing multiple visits. If he refers you to a specialist and you see a different doctor, he gets unhappy because then he didn't get the referral. And if you want an appointment for an urgent issue or test, just like the reviewer before me said, you are out of luck. For every test or even to relay the results of a simple test, the doctor requires you to make an appointment. However the doctor is booked solid for 2+ months. The last straw for me was that Dr V actually cancelled his appointment with me at absolutely last minute due to personal reasons, rescheduled me for few days later which didn't work for me and when I asked to reschedule that date, I was told the doctor is booked solid for 2 months. The office themselves used to be good but have now developed the same arrogant attitude and the top down culture of the place seems to have changed.

TL;DR: one of the worst experience we ever had with a health provider. Recommendation: find other primary doctor if you have options. In more details: So called earlier as I need to do a test and however, was told that in order to order that test, I need to do a full physical exam with them. And only after that, they would order it for me. I find it a bit hard to understand why consider I'm an existing patient with them. My guess is that they can file claim to my insurance for the physical exam, where ordering a test itself won't allow them to file a claim to earn money. And when I asked when is the earliest time I can see the doctor, they give a date which is more than 1 month away. However, I have told them that won't work because we need that test sooner so we can diagnose the bacteria. They immediately said that then you should see another doctor. The bottom line here: they simply don't care for their patient in need. And the lack of flexibility to deal with something like this is really disappointing.

In these uncertain times, I'm so thankful to have found Dr. V and his office team. From the very first point of contact I've been so happy with the staff communication keeling me updated on my health. Dr. V is extremely kind and easy to talk to about my concerns and I trust him to make the best decisions for my health. Their virtual appointment system is very user friendly and convenient. I highly recommend Dr. V to my close friends and family!

Dr Vi is the best , he took care of me when I had accident & sustained back injury 2 weeks ago ! I was from out of town and he didn't hesitate of seeing me in spite I am not his patient anymore , after 3 years moving out to Florida to retired. Thanks so much to Jessica and Adriana they are both great assistants ! The whole medical team made the difference ,made me feel like family! Dr. V is a great doctor. He took the time to explain his recommendations and patiently listened to my concerns. He was able to root cause my issues and find non-invasive and prescription light solutions that got me feeling much better. I would highly recommend this practice.
