Edward Brooks, M.D.

I had a video visit with Dr. Brooks yesterday. He was very courteous, caring and knowledgeable about the reason for the visit. He went through both the short-term and long-term care plans and put my mind at ease. Dr. Brooks was very attentive and spent considerable amount of time to address all my questions. I felt a whole lot better after the visit. Thank you Dr. Brooks!

Been a patient of Dr. Brooks for many years. Always impressed with Dr Brooks' ability to listen, his thoughtfulness, and training. We regularly discuss current research publications and therapies during my visits. I'm grateful that I can call upon his office any time if I have an issue or concern.

Dr. Brooks is not only an exceptional physician but also an incredible human being. His kindness, sincerity, and genuine care truly set him apart. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns, and responds with thoughtful, solution-oriented actions. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, understood, and confident in the next steps. Whether he's recommending dietary changes, providing referrals, or prescribing medications, Dr. Brooks explains everything clearly and carefully. He even takes the time to discuss potential side effects and respects my input in deciding what works best for me. Since my case is particular he has never made me feel rushed and I can imagine how busy he is. One thing that always stands out is how present he is during our conversations, sometimes smiling or pausing as he searches for the best way to answer my questions. He has never just stopped my appointment to rush. It shows how much he cares and how much thought he puts into every interaction. I'm truly grateful to have Dr. Brooks as my provider. His compassionate approach and medical expertise make him someone I deeply trust and highly recommend. He was my provider a long time ago but I moved away. I have had other providers that have been good and personable as well. However, in truth Dr. Brooks is not just great but exceptional. I am glad to have him again.

He is a warm and caring doctor. He takes the time to interview and find out details about me. I am happy to have him as our GP. One issue is that i tried to get my blood work done before my visit. I hear that your Sutter policy is no bloodwork before the MD visit. I was irritated that Dr Brooks could not go over my bloodwork in person with me. Change your policy back to the old way so the patient and the MD can discuss in person. Ann Waltonsmith

Dr Brooks is wonderful. I'd give him 100 stars if I could! He actually cares about his patients and explains what's going on in layman's terms. My family (also PCP to my husband and adult son) is very grateful we have Dr. Brooks in our lives
