Terrible receptionists, they move/set my mother's appointments without telling her they've changed them and they are rude. My mother has been out of her heart medication for almost a month now(cvs has tried to contact for refill and my mother has with no refill done yet after being told they would). This place is a joke of a doctors office.
Unprofessional to the point where I feel like they're breaking privacy laws? Will have phone conversations on speaker with other patients & discuss private details right outside your door as they're opening it. Will start your appointment with the wrong information until you correct them and then they'll go "oh- what's your name? Oh this isn't you , wrong patient" Will cancel your appointment and then reschedule a month out. They operate as if they were an optional cosmetic medical place not a HEART doctors office. Please please PLEASE if your insurance covers literally anywhere else please just stay away from this place.
I would like to say this office is the best I had a great experience today especially with Rebecca Littlefield who took the time to explain everything to me so that I was calm and not nervous at all. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that I was gonna get the best care possible. Thank u so much Rebecca Littlefield for taking the time to explain everything to me. For the next person that has an appointment there and you need any type of questions answered talk to Rebecca she got you.
The Service was Excellent! The Technician that assisted me was Excellent. The Office Assistants were Also Excellent; Helpful and Friendly. *"May "GOD" Bless The Entire Staff and All of Their Families", *Amen and Amen ... *Thank You Again; So Very Much!
Front desk service was unprofessional, one girl in particular, very bad attitude, on her phone while I stood at the window waiting to turn in registration papers. Not the first time I've experienced this particular individuals bad attitude and unprofessionalism. Patients visiting a cardiovascular clinic should not have to deal with added stress when visiting a cardiovascular clinic
