The staff are polite & promptly entertain you the moment you walk inside their office. Intake is fast & the assistant of Dr. Parto did a Face To Face interview & gathering of data. After the face to face- only then was I scheduled for the heart ultrasound & the monitor holster.
I like this office for the most part, but they're frustratingly disorganized. You get varying information depending on who you speak to, and nothing you request they add to your file gets added so the same mistakes occur repeatedly, indefinitely. Thank god I have support outside of this office to handle things because if I was dependent on solely the office staff, then things wouldn't get done. Bless their hearts, every last one of them.
Dr Parto has been taking care of me for a long time, I'm happy to have him on my side ,and his staff always very helpful and good attitude. They really care for us 24/7 very respectful and honest.
Dr. Parto is a blessing. His entire staff is beyond amazing. My daughter is disabled and is much healthier because she is a patient here. We are very thankful. Only downside-parking is a challenge !
