Great doctor compassionate and thorough! But his receptionist SYLVIA is the most incompetent receptionist I have encountered in all of my doctor staff visits! Forgetful and simply the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with. After getting blood work back in November 2021 for a CT exam which she forgot to schedule for three months later. When she did finally schedule the exam in February 2022 she forgets to mention that I would need new blood work up because the one in November would be outdated! So when I did show up for the CT exam in February 2022. I was notified it was canceled and showed up for nothing because my blood work was never updated! Fast forward to March. After my primary physician tore me a new one for not speaking up. I was finally set up in one day by DINA who took the initiative and gave me a date and time for my CT exam with proper instructions in one call and day! I just want to write this review to thank DINA and forewarn any new patients to not RELY on SYLVIA! I understand most offices are understaffed but SYLVIA is literally forgetting that people are waiting for call backs and appointments that are literally a life and death matter! I hope this review reaches out to those who seek the care of Dr Nucho and not fall and rely on the responsibility to be attended by SYLVIA the receptionist at his office. Thank you once again DINA for your help and hope to repay my gratitude!
