Hands down best urgent care experience in LA! I've been here a handful of times now and each time I'm greeted with short wait times and extremely competent staff. Liz at the front desk is attentive and really takes patient concerns seriously and the care team Logan and Dr. Paula are quick and also take patient concerns seriously. Dr. Paula always takes the time to explain procedures and prescribed medications. Cannot recommend this urgent care enough, thanks all!
Chelsie was my MA, she made my experience enjoyable, comfortable, and seamless. She is very efficient. I'm usually very afraid of blood draws but she cautious and fast with her technique. She has a lot of patience and is very kind.
Dr.Mendes is a literal angel! I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Her bedside manners is top-notch. Brenda as the receptionist is also incredible. Her welcoming energy puts you at ease the moment you walk in. Liz is AMAZING at blood draws!!! I'm usually a hardstick but she managed to get it in one go. Paula is also very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The staff here is God-sent and I'm so happy to have found this place. Thanks everyone!
Paula is the best. She helped quarterback a very urgent and serious situation as well as advocated on my behalf. A really tough scenario was made much better by Paula's standard of care, intuition, and passion for good health care. The office itself is very professional, relaxed, helpful, and kind. Recommend 10/10.
They were really great there. It was clean, peaceful and all the staff was super kind. I went in for a clogged ear. Chelsea performed the irrigation really efficiently. I had never had one before and it was actually kind of fun.
