Parking was well marked and plentiful in the garage located on ground floor within the building. Checking in and checking out at the front desk, two different staff and they were both patient and polite. The waiting area was small but clean, comfortable and serene. As for Dr. Lee, she was all business. From the monent she walked in, her textbook approach was efficient and left little chance to break ice. I did not feel any smile beyond her masked face. "A" for her academic approach philosophy and covering most of my medical records. One item of note was that she deviated from answering my question of whether she spoke another language. It was an important question for me but left me with a feeling of crossing the line. Day after the appointment, she followed up on my conditions with appropriate action including the referrals. Overall Dr Lee is an excellent physician and I wish her the best as we don't have many female primary care physicians with knowledge and understanding in diverse culture.

Dr. Cynthia Tsai is an exceptional doctor. Besides being extremely knowledgeable in her field of medicine, she is also very concerned about each of her patients and does everything in her power to make sure you receive the best care possible. In short, she is amazing;

The doctor and her team work together so well, very caring and professional. Dr Jee is a rare and excellent doctor and treat patients as her own family members, totally from her heart. It is inspiriing my confidence that I am getting the best possible care. Stanford is lucky to have her so loyally serving, definitely a good role model anywhere she serves.

This review is for Dr. Lydia Ann Wong at the Stanford Los Altos Clinic. I had one of the worst experience with this doctor as my primary care physician. She ordered a mammogram for me during a routine annual physical exam. I gave the test but never heard back on the results for more than a week. I wrote to the clinic three times but she or her assistant never acknowledged my email until I kept pressing on them for an answer. She didn't even have the etiquette to sign off properly on her email with an apology or a thank you. With the exception of a nurse who took my blood test, I don't have anyone who I can remember talks professionally and friendly in her office. I had wonderful experience with my previous PCP and her medical assistant at this clinic, both of whom don't work in Los Altos clinic anymore. This clinic and it's quality of care has degraded since they left. I wish more people take medicine as a passion instead of a lucrative career option. I don't see empathy, friendliness and most importantly politeness in these people at Stanford anymore. It's suck to live in this time and era and end up trusting our life with these type of unprofessional doctors. As for me, I have discontinued my visit to Los Altos Stanford Clinic and decided to give my 'business' to a different hospital altogether.

Very terrible patient experience at this clinic. My primary care doctor is supposedly Dr. Devareddy Sai but she never gets back to any of my messages nor check-in with me. She has even missed 1 of the two appointments I scheduled with her without any apology or follow-up. Referrals are always slow and you would have to be seriously ill to be taken seriously enough to speak to a specialist. Other providers are slightly better but with huge delays and very long response times. The whole point of a Primary Care Clinic is timeliness and communication with respect to patient needs, and this is something this clinic terribly fails at. I will be very likely changing to another Stanford Healthcare facility because of how unprofessional and inhumane the turnaround time can be for test results and how lacking the overall care experience is here.
