The OBGYN practice is fantastic. Dr. Kirstin Woo is terrific - empathetic, great at explaining complicated medicine clearly and helping ease my worries as a first time (and now second time) mom. Couldn't recommend the practice more highly!

When you go on Sutter's homepage, they like to call themselves a "non profit" organization. This is hard to believe when they charge you over $300 for a 5 minute blood test, which I could've gotten for cheaper anywhere else. Don't even get me started with visits to specialists, if you have an actual health issue. They are non transparent about how much their services cost ahead of time, and I have to book an appointment months ahead of time to meet with my PCP. I have grown up with PAMF and it's a shame that Sutter Health ruined it.

No wonder there are no lines there... the service was ok, nothing outstanding but the bill was ridiculous... $400 for an urgent care room visit and $50 for the test... (and this is my copay after the insurance!!!) I've never payed so highly for a cold-symptoms visit... do not recommend due to inadequate pricing, NOBODY will warn you about this either. Very unpleasant experience experience. If you going to charge half a grand for a visit , at least let people know about that

Dr. Sternberg is a caring, knowledgeable physician. She has been my primary care physician for many years. She is a great listener and an excellent clinician. Gives me the appropriate referrals when needed. I hope she stays in the area for a long time

The doctors are great, but otherwise I would never recommend PAMF. The scheduling system is a nightmare, and I've gotten a call that my appt is cancelled with no suitable alternative every single week for my last month of pregnancy. It's beyond frustrating in addition to not receiving attentive care.
