Dr. Gould did amazing! Miko always loves his vet visits since he is a treat motivated cat. Even tho he did not get any treats last visit, it looks like he still had a blast with Dr. Gould. Dr. Gould was overall professional and knowledgeable. We are glad that we continue to have Los Altos vet to care for the 3 feline family members we have!

I really appreciate the special touches the clinic provides, like writing my pet's name in beautiful handwritten lettering, the clean environment, the churros, and the helpful, attentive staff. The goodie bag at the end was such a thoughtful bonus! There was hardly any wait time, and everything was pleasant and efficient. Thank you for being so caring and generous with your time, knowledge, and skills.

First off, I love that there are separate entrances for cats and dogs -- as my cat is very shy and scared of loud noises like barking. I also love how the waiting area, despite being small, is never packed. At most, it's me and another person. It doesn't seem like they're rushing people in and out and they take their time with each pet. The staff at Los Altos Vet Clinic is always so friendly and welcoming and every doctor I've come across has been so caring and kind. I really get a sense that they love animals and care about their patients. I have gotten blood work multiple times for my cat, and every time, I get a call from the doctor themselves, on the test results. I've traveled all over the world with my cat and Los Altos Vet Clinic is by far my favorite clinic I've been to. I'd highly recommend them to all cat and dog owners!

We just changed clinics and I was so impressed with LAVC. As I drove up to the clinic, there was a welcome sign outside with our pet's name (and fellow new clients). Very high-touch! I felt the warm welcome even before we walked through the door. Loved the warm greeting we got from the staff at check-in. The clinic is bright, clean and decorated for Halloween. Loved the open shades in the exam room--eased my pet's anxiety and gave us both something to enjoy while waiting. The positive energy of all staff was refreshing and comforting. Dr. Bain was easy to talk to, gentle with my pet, spoke slowly and gave clear explanations. And, I appreciated the new client goody bag for my pet. LAVC is a very thoughtful, well staffed and operated clinic. I was very impressed with the overall experience, and love the convenient location to my home. Definitely recommend!

Los Altos Veterinary facility was modern and clean. The staff was efficient and on time and caring. They all gave love to our dog and treats and won him over. Normally he is shaking like a leaf but at this clinic he was calm and co-operative! What a refreshing change!
