Pacific Cardiovascular Associates Medical Group - Los Alamitos

Everyone was friendly during my first ever visit at PCA Los Alamitos. The check in process was smooth and the waiting area was very clean and well maintained. The nurse assistant who set me up prior to seeing my doctor was very accommodating and explained everything that she was going to do to me as part of my pre-screening. Dr. Allam got all the necessary details she needed to learn about me and my primary reason for visiting her. She was very patient in explaining to me the care plan she had in mind for my full recovery like the lab works, cardiac rehab and getting me to the healthiest version of myself. I'm very comfortable with everyone and felt so at home during my visit. Good job to all the staff and doctors of PCA Los Alamitos.

My visit with my cardiologist assistant Christine was excellent. Everything was perfect from start to finish -- professional, caring, and very attentive. She took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown during my visit. Highly recommended!

People in the front office were really nice everybody was friendly couldn't ask for anything many better the doctor was a very nice gentleman he ordered some tests which I will be getting done I will let you know in the future but as of today I have no problems with them everything was good and as of now I would advise people to come to him. Only thing that I had a problem with was it took so long to get in to see this guy it took like 2 months

Physicians assistant was great.. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.. The lobby had food and trash, and there was even blood on one of the chairs. I told the guy behind the counter, but he didn't do anything and when I came out, there was a lady sitting in the chair so I told her that so could she move.

First time visit to PCA and everything was great. From the front office staff, to the nurse & Dr Dam, everyone was extremely friendly & helpful. The whole facility was super clean w/a spacious & comfortable waiting area. I don't like to be too serious about certain things, so it was a relief to find that Dr Dam had a good sense of humor and was able to joke w/me, while being upfront & honest about my condition. He explained the pros & cons of medications the hospital had prescribed in terms I could understand, as well as the details about the procedure he was scheduling me for. I'm glad to have found a Dr & office that makes me feel at ease and well cared for. Thanks PCA!
