We had a very good experience with the staff at the emergency department. Husband had fallen down and hurt shoulder the day before. Wait time was short and an X-ray taken immediately. Asked to wait in another room for a few minutes then doctor came and talked to my husband with good news because there was not broken bones. I commend and appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. Keep up the good job!

I recently underwent an ablation procedure at Memorial Care Hospital, and I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the care I received. While my surgery was delayed by three hours, which was quite challenging as I couldn't eat or drink after midnight, I was fortunate to have nurse Kari Zamarripa by my side. Kari was incredibly professional and warm, providing care that truly prioritized the patient's perspective. She was attentive to both my physical and emotional comfort, addressing my needs with exceptional kindness. Her attentiveness and warmth made a difficult situation much more bearable, allowing me to feel cared for and supported during my wait. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and compassion, and I believe it's important to share such positive experiences. Thank you, Kari, for making a difference in my care!

Its a good hospital people complain about ER taking long but sometimes they're understaffed ... My dad told me the staff were extremely nice and taking good care of him. I appreciate the staff thank you so much

I do not understand how this hospital's ratings are low. All the staff, doctors, and nurses here have been exceptional. My father recently had a cardio stent graph surgery and they have taken great care of him and have updated me constantly on his well being. The call in time is short, you basically wait one minute and they transfer you right away. The doctors all collaborate with each other regarding the patient so they know the best course of action. This is a great hospital.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating, but I came into urgent care today for extreme elbow pain. I was treated kindly with respect at the front reception office. The nurse is the x-ray tech, and Dr. Patel were all very nice. I don't know if it was just because of the holidays or something in the air, but it was a very pleasant experience to be listened to treated with respect not rushed, And seen and cared for in a timely manner. Today I was impressed. As a holistic wellness practitioner myself, it is very important to me to listen and show empathy and actual care for my clients and the work that I do. Today I felt like these healthcare practitioners care about their work, Which nowadays is rare in Western medicine especially for Medi-Cal, recipients, lower income, families, and people that don't have fancy health insurance.
