I tried scheduling an appointment over the phone for over a week, the phone just hangs up on you!!! I had to drive there to schedule an appointment. I told the receptionist and she just laughed. Smfh. Ridiculous.

The Dr is great but one of the staff members just makes patients heart conditions worse.. They are supposed to help, not complicate the process or make it more stressful. J is very rude, she speaks to selective patients as if they are trash. She needs to remember our insurance and copays cover her salary. The process of disability forms are not processed in modern format (snail mail) and they tend to hold on to forms for weeks in which they are supposed to mail out. I am sure she would not like her salary delayed if the tables were turned.

Dr. Primack is an exceptional doctor. His staff is also such a joy to work with. Dr. Primack and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I'm very blessed and thankful to have them in my health circle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (no pun intended) for all you all have done to keep a blood thinner in me. I know it hasn't been easy. So trust me, I so appreciate all of you

The manager and operator of Lodi office are super rude to my son. I need my son to contact them for my heart issue but the manger was rude and agrresively and don't let my son ask any question for my health. And even dare to tell my son she is the top pest person who is in charge! My son was trying to confirm the prescription only and we can't even ask for a question as patient we are! Crazy place and not professional at all!

My Doctor Suchdeep Singh Bains has rendered excellent care and I have always found his staff to be helpful and courteous.
