Poor staff handling dr. Tasmina hussain, such a wonderful doctor in the hands of ill mannered staff. No way of speaking nicely to the patients, cruel nurses she has. Good luck to her patients

After scheduling specifically with this facility because it ties into an aggregated app for my company's healthcare, I arrived at the appointment 10 minutes early. After 60 minutes, we still did not see a doctor. When I asked why we had not been seen, expressed my displeasure, and stated I would leave, the nurse simply said, "ok" and smiled. She also could not give me a reason why we had not been seen and almost acted as if she was trying to ignore me and my daughter. Don't go here, go ANYWHERE else. Go to the 7-Eleven for a diagnosis before you come here.

Took my Niece in and all the ladies on shift had a bad attitude. We then went to Emergency in Pleasanton and my Niece said Thank You for bringing me here because those other ladies were Mean and Rude.SMH. I Was a bit confused on the behavior up until I remembered we were in Livermore lol

I absolutely love this hospital. I have went here for myself and my child and I have never received better care anywhere else. The receptionist are always so nice and efficient, and the doctors and nurses care about you and listen to you. They don't let you leave feeling okay, you leave welhen you feel great. Everyone is so sweet and so kind an caring. Unless I have to go to emergency, this hospital is my go-to for urgent care.
