This is a great Doctor, he listens to patients, has good manner and has empathy, which is very rare now days among doctors. Parents have been going to see him for over 7 years now. Office staff is great as well. No issues . Every request is responded to timely

I thought Dr. Alper was very pleasant and attentive, however I can't give him any marks for his office. I showed up a little early, but really shouldn't have bothered since I was made to wait for almost an hour and half. My visit lasted less than 15 minutes, where Dr. Alper asked me how my physical therapy was going (he said it was going well). Then, a couple of weeks later, he billed me for $370, which my insurance won't cover, because I was billed for "special medical services". I can say with certainty that I won't ever be going back for a follow up.

recently moved my mother to Heritage Estates. (another 5 star) In need of a close doctor an appointment was made 2 days out. during the visit the was not one question this man has a passion to make people happy and comfortable. he listens to detail and notes everything. By the end of our first encounter all analysis MRI etc was up to us. The evening of the day we had accomplished what he prescribed he called my cell directly and had started with the most important issues and suggested the following appointment we'd go over everything else and work on what will be in our best interest. who does that? Someone who cares. My mom's all I got.

Dr. Alper is an excellent doctor! I am so fortunate to have him as my primary care physician. He takes time with me and always listens. His office staff is terrific. They are friendly, capable, professional and just a pleasure. He is a very knowledgeable and has guided me through my health issues.

Excellent bedside manner and truly cares about his patients.
